Why didn’t I receive a Rebate?

There could be a variety of reasons, such as:

  • The community has not yet made the payment.
  • There was a violation of the leasing agreement on your part.
  • A rebate request was not made within 60 days of your move-in date.
  • The apartment complex has discontinued the offering of referral fees.
  • The apartment was transferred to new ownership or management.
  • We were not identified as your referral source on either the application form or the guest card.
