- The community has not yet made the payment.
- There was a violation of the leasing agreement on your part.
- A rebate request was not made within 60 days of your move-in date.
- The apartment complex has discontinued the offering of referral fees.
- The apartment was transferred to new ownership or management.
- We were not identified as your referral source on either the application form or the guest card.
